Melanie B. Salyer
Ms. Salyer has been a member of the Virginia State Bar since 2014. Prior to entering private practice in 2016, Ms. Salyer served as Chief Deputy Clerk of the Wise County and City of Norton Circuit Court. Her responsibilities included managing the financial aspects of the office and juries. Ms. Salyer was accepted into and successfully completed the Virginia Law Reader Program and passed the Virginia Bar Examination on her first attempt.
As a practicing attorney her focus has primarily centered on criminal defense (both adult and juvenile) and family law.
